Dual mass stand
The Laboratory of power electronics and electric drive has dual mass stand with variable stiffness and moment of inertia of the second mass. The stand is equipped with incremental and absolute precision optical angle sensors. This stand allows laboratory staff to develop different control algorithms of the angular position of the rotor and the operation mode of the power converter for optimum accuracy and energy characteristics of electric drive.
